Consultations are for skincare advice. If your concern needs to be seen in person, or needs something beyond skincare, Natasha will tell you honestly and suggest you see your GP.

- A proper call. A full 30 minutes one to one, plus a written plan afterwards.

- New patients: 70% of your £50 consultation fee redeemable towards products (£35 credit).
- Existing patients: your £30 review fee is fully redeemable as £30 product credit.
Credit applies to product orders of £150 or more placed through your GetHarley ordering link within 14 calendar days of receiving your plan. Credit can't be exchanged for cash and the consultation fee itself isn't refunded. One credit per order: seasonal credit can't be combined with referral credit.

How do I book?
Choose a time on our booking page and pay securely. It takes a couple of minutes. Existing patients can book a £30 review the same way.
How should I prepare?
Find a quiet spot with good natural light, check your internet connection, and have your current products to hand. Remove make-up if you'd like Natasha to see your skin clearly, and jot down any questions.
Who are consultations for?
Anyone in the UK who wants personalised skincare advice, whatever their skin type, tone or age.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Consultations run on Google Meet. On a laptop it opens in your browser. On a phone you may need the free Google Meet app.
What happens after my consultation?
You'll get your personalised plan by email with a GetHarley ordering link. You choose whether to order, and nothing is sent automatically.
Do I have to buy products?
No. The plan is yours to keep. If you do order through your link within 14 days on an order of £150 or more, your product credit applies.
How does the product credit work?
During the seasonal offer, 70% of your £50 consultation fee is redeemable towards products (£35 credit), and existing patients' £30 review fee is fully redeemable as £30 credit. Credit applies to orders of £150 or more within 14 calendar days of receiving your plan. One credit per order.
Who supplies the products?
GetHarley, a UK skincare platform, supplies and delivers products and handles your order and payment for them.
What if my skin needs more than skincare?
Everything Natasha recommends is skincare you can order through GetHarley. If your concern needs something beyond that, she'll tell you honestly and suggest you speak to your GP.
Do you offer in-clinic treatments?
No. Skin NV is online only.
How do I cancel or move my appointment?
Use the link in your Setmore confirmation email. Notice period and refund rules to confirm (must match the terms)
