What we collect and why
- Booking details (name, contact details, appointment, payment status) to arrange and deliver your consult. Lawful basis: contract.
- Health information and photos you share for your consult. This is special category data. We process it to provide health care, under Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Schedule 1, paragraph 2), by a professional bound by confidentiality.
- Marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never use your health details to target marketing.
- Photos for marketing: only with your separate, explicit consent, which you can withdraw.
- Website data: see our cookie notice.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the service: our booking system (Setmore / chosen tool), GetHarley (who supply and deliver your regimen and act as a controller / processor - confirm), our payment provider (Stripe), our email provider (MailerLite) and our website host (host). Some are based outside the UK; where so, we rely on UK adequacy / IDTA / UK Addendum - confirm per provider.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are kept for period - confirm with indemnity provider. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
