Changes and cancellations
You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Later changes or cancellations forfeit the fee.

Regimen products are sold and delivered by GetHarley under GetHarley's own terms.
Advice
Online consultations are for skincare advice. They don't replace your GP. Natasha will tell you honestly if your concern needs in-person care and point you to your GP or an appropriate local practitioner. If your concern needs something beyond skincare, we'll tell you honestly and suggest you speak to your GP.
